    Our 355mm dry-cut cold saw blades operate optimally at 700-1,300 RPM. For best results:
    • Use with HERO Brushless Variable-Speed Dry Cut Saws featuring preset RPM modes
    • Different materials require specific RPM settings for maximum blade life

    Proper Saw Operation

    • Cutting Pressure Control: Adjust feed speed according to material thickness. Lower tooth counts may deform thin-walled materials - consult our technicians for recommendations.
    • Material Securing: Always clamp workpieces securely for safety and cutting stability.
    • Angled Cutting: HERO offers specialized dry-cut saws for multi-angle cutting applications.

    Tooth Sharp

    While blade resharpening can restore some sharpness, it cannot match the original performance. As a factory:
    • We offer resharpening services, but international shipping costs make it impractical for single blades
    • We recommend purchasing multiple blades for reduced shipping costs per unit

    As a higher-grade blade compared to the 6000, the V5 delivers better cutting performance and longer lifespan. However, this does not necessarily mean the V5 is always the better choice. Higher-grade blades like the V5 require more precise material conditions—the finer the material, the better they perform.
