The second stage of saw blade wear is the normal wear stage.
At this stage, the wear will be slow and even. For example, our dry-cutting metal cold saws can cut 25 rebar in the first and second stages with 1,100 to 1,300 cuts without problems.
That is to say, in these two stages, the cut section is very smooth and beautiful.

The third stage is the sharp wear stage, at this stage.
The cutting head has been dulled, cutting force and cutting temperature rise sharply, wear will increase rapidly.
But this stage of the saw blade can still cut, but the use of the effect and service life will decline.
So it is recommended that you still take to resharpen or change a new saw blade.
